But mistakes do happen.

That’s why Property Room established our “Steal it back” policy for consumers. If you think you see an item on our website that belongs to you, simply contact us at customersupport@propertyroom.com with evidence supporting your claim (serial numbers, photos, police reports, etc.) and we will remove the item from auction and return it to you immediately.
