When tested, TV powered on and illuminated screen. No pixel damage was detected during testing. Power cord and half of a mounting bracket included. Overall cosmetic condition is good with moderate wear/blemishes present. Some scratches around the border of the unit on the top, but screen looks good. Estimated weight approx: 73 LBS
