Lot of six 1864 Indian Head cents from the Civil War era.
All six coins are heavily circulated and show varying amounts of wear. Conditions range from readable but worn to nearly smooth. The coins exhibit scratches, discoloration, staining, surface marks, corrosion and/or possible past cleaning.
The exact compositions and varieties have not been confirmed. These coins are not being represented as the scarcer 1864 “L on Ribbon” variety. Please examine all photographs closely for condition and attribution.
