Lot of 3 vintage Railroad Model Craftsman magazines from early 1983 in good condition.
Included issues:

January 1983 – Foldout calendar and chart, prototype study of the Indiana & Ohio modern shortline, inexpensive structures, Soo Line flat, 1920’s-style store. Indiana & Ohio diesel with yellow boxcar on cover.
February 1983 – 4' x 8' trackplan, prototype study, layout improvement projects, second narrow gauge convention. Black steam locomotive #7 in front of a shed with mountain backdrop.
March 1983 – Celebrating 50 years (1933–1983) “our best issue yet!”, includes V&O blue diesel, green NE&W switcher, modeler at workbench, and historic layout scenes.

All three magazines are complete with no missing pages. They show normal age wear expected for 43-year-old hobby magazines: light corner and edge wear, some spine rubbing, clean interiors, and no major tears, writing, or water damage. The March 50th anniversary issue has a nice illustrated cover.
Excellent reference for model railroaders interested in modern shortlines (Indiana & Ohio), narrow gauge, layout design, inexpensive structures, and the history of model railroading.
