Returns: You assume responsibility for auctions you have won. PropertyRoom will generally only accept returns if it made a manifest error, such as shipping the wrong item or shipping the incorrect quantity of items. Do not make assumptions regarding any features, functionality or additional parts not pictured or described. Any returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt or arrival at your post office. A 15% restocking fee will apply and shipping/handling/insurance is non refundable. Items returned without approval will be refused. We reserve the right to replace damaged items instead of issuing a refund.
