Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

We ship using UPS Ground or USPS. All foreign shipments, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and AFO/FPO will be sent via air mail or Priority Mail.

Once you click to confirm the orders, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges and there will be no refunds for any portion of the shipping and handling charges, whatsoever.

Shipping Estimates: You can view shipping estimates on the product detail page or by clicking on the Bid Now button and viewing the shipping options. Shipping cost estimates will be displayed on the bid confirmation page prior to submitting a bid.

We cannot ship orders to any address other than your billing address, unless the shipping address is added as an alternate address to your credit card.

Warranty

Quality Products warrants all of its new and refurbished products for 10 days after receipt of the item. Manufacturer warranties will be up to the customer to enforce.
