Additional Information:

Note on SETUP Ink: This printer ships with cartridges that are marked SETUP. Unlike replacement cartridges, SETUP cartridges cannot be purchased from retailers. SETUP cartridges are available only in the box with a new printer. SETUP cartridges print about the same number of pages as standard-size replacement ink cartridges. When you first setup the product you must install the SETUP cartridges that shipped in the box. SETUP cartridges are specially designed for printer initialization and to make sure that the estimated ink level gauge is correctly calibrated.

We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail and US Postal Service First Class Package Service to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Return Policy

We only accept returns for defective items (exchange only for same item).

If your item should arrive defective, we offer our customers a 7 day DOA warranty unless the listing states there is a direct warranty in which case all support and warranty issues must be directed to the warranty holder. Please e-mail us at EastcoastDigital@propertyroom.com to obtain an RA number within 7 days of receiving the item if the item does not have a direct warranty.
Once you have obtained your RMA number, you may send the item back along with your RMA number to Eastcoast Digital Discounts for an even exchange only.

Payment and Sales Tax

Payment

Auction winners are responsible for paying the winning bid amount plus shipping and handling. A valid MasterCard, VISA or American Express credit card is required to place a bid on any auction item.
