Mark Kazav was born in Moldova in 1960. In 1980 he began his military duty with the Soviet Army which lasted 2 years. By the 1990¿s he and his family were forced to leave the USSR as a result of all the disorder and war. They soon fled to Canada.
While living in Canada, Kazav had difficulties expressing himself without knowing English. Many believe this was one of his inspirations for painting. The limitless possibilities of oil painting fascinated him and after one year of painting he participated in an exhibition in Toronto and sold out of his works rather rapidly. He sold over 500 original paintings in his first year of actively painting and quickly began to gain recognition amongst other artist.
Mark Kazav a.k.a. Mark Kazavchinski produces works with bountiful texture as part of a "wet-in-wet" technique that captures the essence of subject rather than the intricacies. His works can be found in numerous Corporate and Private Collections throughout the US and Europe.

Shipping
QART ships to the 50 United States via UPS or USPS. As UPS does not ship to them, orders with P.O. Box addresses may be held until a street address is obtained and will be cancelled if a street address cannot be obtained within a reasonable time. QART reserves between 3 - 8 business days for an order to ship from our Los Angeles based warehouse. If no shipping confirmation is received by the 8th business day, please contact us for more information.

Once approved, customer service will provide you with your RMA number and return instructions. To expedite your return, please print the RMA number on the outside of the return packaging.
