Quality Products is an approved merchant on Propertyroom.com. We strive to bring innovative and unique products to the consumer at below market prices. Many of our items are "open box" and are generally either display models that may have been handled, but never actually used, or customer returns of items that they decided didnt meet their needs. These items may or may not come with all of the original accessories as described in the listing description. Many of the items come with the original manufacturers warranty as new, but not all of them. We inspect all of our "open box" items before listing and any that do not appear to be new or like new are sold at another auction site. All sales are on an As/Is basis and final. Bid with caution.   TAX INFORMATION

  Residents of California will be charged sales tax at the prevailing rate at the time of purchase.

  WARRANTY

  Quality Products warrants all of its new and refurbished products for 10 days after receipt of the item. Manufacturer warranties will be up to the customer to enforce.

  SHIPPING INFORMATION

  We ship using UPS Ground or USPS. All foreign shipments, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and AFO/FPO will be sent via air mail or Priority Mail.

  Shipping is available to all 50 United States in most cases. Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses. Items to Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to a surcharge if weigh more than 5 pounds. International shipping is not available. Customers with APO/FPO addresses will have their item shipped USPS Priority mail and may be subject to the same surcharge as Alaska and Hawaii.
  During the bidding process, you will be provided with a shipping and handling charge without finally confirming the bid! Our shipping rates are reasonable and industry competitive, and include a nominal handling charge for materials and labor in preparing your order for shipment. Currently we cannot bundle orders.

  Once you click to confirm the orders, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges and there will be no refunds for any portion of the shipping and handling charges, whatsoever.

  To view the shipping estimate:

  • Click on Bid Now button.
  • Enter Bid Amount and choose Continue.
  • Shipping cost estimates will be displayed on the bid confirmation page prior to submitting a bid

  We cannot ship orders to any address other than your billing address, unless the shipping address is added as an alternate address to your credit card.

  All orders require a two business day processing period before shipment; in the event that credit card approval is delayed, it may take up to five business days to process and ship your order.
  
  Customers have up to 15 days to file a damaged freight claim with the freight carrier. Products purchased from this site are sold "As Is" and cannot be returned unless otherwise noted

  RETURN POLICY

  We will only accept returns for the following reasons: 1. We shipped the incorrect item. 2. The item was damaged in transit.
