Step 1: Register to Make an Account
Register on site and complete your account information in order to place a bid! Make sure your information is correct, and your card is verified, before making a bid to prevent any issues further down the process.
Step 2: Browse Auctions That Interest You
Explore thousands of auctions from agencies and ShopKeepers across the country. Look into top categories like Jewelry, Watches, Electronics, and Tools, or check out the smaller categories like Collectibles, Fragrances, and Musical Instruments.
Step 3: Bid to Win
Once you've found an auction you want to win, place a bid or a ProxyBid before the time runs out. Placing a bid will put you ahead of the competition. A ProxyBid will allow you to tell the computer the maximum you're willing to pay for an item, and it will continue to place the lowest possible bid until you reach that max.
Step 4: Pay and Receive Your Item
PropertyRoom.com does not charge for bidding, so you only pay if you win. If you're a winner when the auction closes, you'll receive confirmation, your card will be charged and we will ship out your item with tracking attached, so you know exactly when it's expected to show up on your doorstep.
