An exceptionally scarce piece of early Japanese Pokémon memorabilia: 1998 Pokémon Televi-Kun Super Card Book Vol. 3 Postcard #002, professionally graded PSA 9 Mint.

Released during Pokémon's explosive early years in Japan, the Televi-Kun postcard series offers collectors a very different piece of Pokémon history from the traditional Trading Card Game. These oversized illustrated postcards were created as collectible Japanese Pokémon ephemera and are now more than 25 years old.

This example is particularly significant because of its extraordinary graded population. PSA has graded only 3 examples of this specific postcard. This is currently the only example graded PSA 9, with none graded higher — making it a PSA TOP POP collectible.
