12:1 D:S, the laser temperature gun can accurately measure targets from a distance.

Laser thermometer gun has an emissivity range of 0.1 to 1.0 for precise readings across different surfaces and conditions.

For best results, the reader should be 14" away from the object.

It is intended for use on inanimate objects only. Measuring the temperature of a human or animal is unsafe.
