- The item may be picked up in person, or by an authorized pick up person, at our New York metro area Processing Center Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM local time. Please note, Customers must bring appropriate equipment, vehicle and manpower for oversize/large items. Item must be picked up within 5 business days.
- The item may be picked up via freight service from our New York metro area processing center. Please see our Customer Pick-Up Policy (https://help.propertyroom.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1693576-customer-pick-up-policy?b_id=14976). Item must be shipped within 5 business days.
- This auction is only available for pick-up only. No shipping option is available due to increased surcharge fees imposed by our shipping carriers.
