PLEASE NOTE: Choose wide open spaces and don't release lamps in windy conditions. Fire-forbidden zones, high building areas or sky-barrier places are forbidden. Use ONLY the provided fuel cell to light the lantern, other lighting methods are not recommended. Release lanterns once they are lit. Do not hang on to a lit lantern. Don't hang anything on to the lantern. Children should be monitored by an adult when using the lanterns.

Note: This item will ship separately and cannot be combined with other orders.

We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail and US Postal Service First Class Package Service to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Return Policy

We only accept returns for defective items (exchange only for same item).

If your item should arrive defective, we offer our customers a 7 day DOA warranty unless the listing states there is a direct warranty in which case all support and warranty issues must be directed to the warranty holder. Please e-mail us at EastcoastDigital@propertyroom.com to obtain an RA number within 7 days of receiving the item if the item does not have a direct warranty.
Once you have obtained your RMA number, you may send the item back along with your RMA number to Eastcoast Digital Discounts for an even exchange only.

Payment and Sales Tax

Payment

Auction winners are responsible for paying the winning bid amount plus shipping and handling. A valid MasterCard, VISA or American Express credit card is required to place a bid on any auction item. The credit card will be automatically processed to pay for the auction item if you are the successful auction winner. The billing address must match the credit card on file with PropertyRoom.
