Customer returns can be caused by many things, including the wrong item, color, model shipped when buying online, shipping company damaging the box in transit (but not affecting the actual item in the box). Item was bought, taken home and didn¿t fit, given as a gift and the receiver brought it back for exchange after opening the box, the retailer opens a package to remove an accessory for another customers purchase and many other reasons. We will work hard to make any unnoticed flaws right for you if you feel we did not properly represent the item that you win. For whatever reason, any box that has been opened or the seal broken, cannot be sold by the major retailers as new anymore, allowing us to buy these items at a tremendous discount and offering them to you.

 

Many of our items are simply shelf pulled items that have been discontinued. In most cases, we will not call these items new as we bought them as customer returns and display models and do not know the exact reason for liquidation.
