New Jaime Summer Oxford by Club Monaco, XL

This is the Jaime Summer Oxford by Club Monaco. I know you’re probably looking at this shirt and thinking, “there’s nothing overly special about this shirt,” but hold your horses, especially if you’re female.

Desirable short sleeve button down men’s shirts aren’t the easiest things to come by, which is why I find the cut and design of the Jaime Summer Oxford appealing. This shirt provides a casually put together look, that can easily withstand the summer heat.

And I’m not joking about them being hard to find. I think Club Monaco has this shirt in this color, and maybe a pink’ish color… but that’s about it to my knowledge. I’d love to buy a handful of different color options in this same exact shirt, but it’s simply not an option.

A lot of men’s short sleeve button down shirts come with funky patterns, or simply come in colors that I’d quickly put in the “blah” category.

In the photo above I’m wearing a medium in the Jaime Summer Oxford and like the fit – not to loose/not to tight. From a styling standpoint, you can button the collar down if you’d like, but for whatever reason I always like to unbutton them… it’s a bit more of a laid back look.
