This is an ACEO Pencil Sketch Willie Mays Limited Edition Print card that has been graded a Gem Mint 10 in an unbranded holder.  This card was limited to only 25 produced and this one is #7/25.  This is a sharp graded card of this legendary Hall of Famer.
