With its larger-than-life presence at 48mm and refined good looks, the Beaumont Trophy is the perfect juxtaposition. Even in its most sporty color choice, this watch exudes elegance with classic styling. The Miyota OS11 movement was chosen because of its "bridge style" chronograph subdial layout, meaning that the subdials are only at the top and bottom of the main dial, leaving a sleeker, cleaner look overall. Due to this positioning of the subdials, the sides of the dial were opened up exposing the date wheel in a beautifully symmetrical skeletonization that creates a more 3-Dimensional look to this model. Defined by function, this watch calls back to classic stopwatches often used to time races, so the decision was made to revisit a key design element from those vintage stopwatches... the standout red start/stop pusher. Other luxury additions are the use of Superluminova in each of the hands and hour markers for superior luminescence as well as high grade leather for the strap.
