The location of this vehicle is simply a storage location to view the car. The personnel at this location have no authority to negotiate terms, offer deals or have discussions regarding this and/or any other cars. The personnel at the storage location are there for the sole purpose of showing you the vehicle.

This vehicle has the following known defects: See image details for vehicle damage/defects.

The vehicle is considered to be in run/drive condition (the key was recently inserted into the ignition and the engine started.)  True run/drive condition cannot be determined.

The vehicle has not been inspected by a certified mechanic so the overall running condition cannot be verified. It is suggested that the winning bidder have the vehicle thoroughly inspected prior to attempting to drive it.

The winning bidder is responsible for obtaining all legal documents to drive vehicle.  Buyer will need to obtain registration and temporary plates to drive vehicle. If these are not present the buyer will need to have the vehicle towed at their own expense.

Due to insurance rules, all vehicles must be towed off the tow yard on to the street. The public may not drive vehicles off the lot.

Storage fees are charged based on the address listed on buyer’s current Driver’s License as outlined below:

EXACT CASH ONLY. Cash is the only payment method accepted and is due at the time of pickup.

Storage fees begin accruing immediately after the grace period has ended. Storage fees are charged per calendar day INCLUDING Saturday and Sunday (i.e. if the grace period expires on a Friday, storage will begin to accrue Saturday and each day until the vehicle is picked up.

Storage rates quoted are effective only for purchased vehicles through the date of pick up or ownership transfer. The storage facility sets all other fees at their sole discretion.

The winning bidder must have a picture ID at the time of pick up. If the winning bidder elects to have a third party pick up the vehicle, the third party must have a picture ID, a letter from the winning bidder authorizing the party to pick up the vehicle and a copy of the winning bidder’s driver’s license.

If you believe the year, make, model, VIN or mileage is not as described you are advised to leave the vehicle at the lot and immediately contact PropertyRoom.com Customer Support. Storage fees may accrue.

LEGAL NOTICE

Vehicles may not be driven off the lot except with a dealer plate affixed. By law, vehicles are not permitted to be parked on or to drive on the streets of New York without registration and plates registered to the vehicle. If the buyer cannot obtain the required registration and plates prior to pick up, they should have the vehicle towed at their own expense. The buyer should have the vehicle towed at their own expense.

The winning bidder must have a picture ID at time of pickup or the pickup designee must have picture ID and a notarized letter from winning bidder allowing the designee to pick up vehicle.  The notarized letter must contain a copy of the winning bidders driver’s license.

When applicable for a given ASSET, BUYER bears responsibility for determining motor vehicle registration requirements in the applicable jurisdiction as well as costs, including any fees, registration fees, taxes, etc., owed as a result of BUYER registering an ASSET; for example, BUYER bears sole responsibility for all title/registration/smog and other such fees.

Where we indicate the ASSET must be loaded by you, you must provide all material handling equipment and properly trained and certified operators to operate such equipment. Your employees or agents are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, local and facility (the location where the ASSET are located) security, environmental, safety and health laws and regulations while operating equipment on the loading site. You are responsible for any damages to property, including spills or releases of hazardous substances, which might occur during the removal process. Failure by you or your agent to clean up any releases or to repair any damages may result in you being banned from future participation in our auctions, and you may be reported to the appropriate authorities, as well as other remedies that may be available to us or to any other party damaged by your actions.
