As a CA public municipality, we sold this vehicle via public auction as ¿Non-operational¿ and stated such prior to sale. We did not previously register this vehicle within CA since the vehicle went to auction either as surplus from a CA municipal fleet or as a result of law enforcement seizure, abandonment, forfeiture or the like. The Buyer agreed to take responsibility for Smog Certificate fees as well as any repair costs incurred for Smog compliance.
The winning bidder will receive a notification email from PropertyRoom.com following auction close. After fraud verification and payment settlement, we will email the winning bidder instructions for retrieving the item from the Will-Call Location listed above.
