Shipping

We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail to the continental United States and Alaska and Hawaii for most items.  Heavier items may ship US Postal Service Parcel Post  or UPS to the continental US only.

Return Policy

We only accept returns for defective items (exchange only for same item).

• If your item should arrive defective, we offer our customers a 7 day DOA warranty unless the listing states there is a direct warranty in which case all support and warranty issues must be directed to the warranty holder. Please e-mail us at EastcoastDigital@propertyroom.com to obtain an RA number within 7 days of receiving the item if the item does not have a direct warranty.
• Once you have obtained your RA number, you may send the item back along with your RA number to Eastcoast Digital Discounts for an even exchange only.

Payment

Auction winners are responsible for paying the winning bid amount plus shipping and handling. A valid MasterCard, VISA or American Express credit card is required to place a bid on any auction item. The credit card will be automatically processed to pay for the auction item if you are the successful auction winner. The billing address must match the credit card on file with PropertyRoom.

Sales Tax is applicable in the following states: New York.
