The location of this vehicle is simply a storage location to view the car. The personnel at this location have no authority to negotiate terms, offer deals or have discussions regarding this and/or any other cars. The personnel at the storage location are there for the sole purpose of showing you the vehicle.

The vehicle is considered to be in run/drive condition (the key was recently inserted into the ignition and the engine started.)  True run/drive condition cannot be determined.

The vehicle has not been inspected by a certified mechanic so the overall running condition cannot be verified. It is suggested that the winning bidder have the vehicle thoroughly inspected prior to attempting to drive it.

The winning bidder is responsible for obtaining all legal documents to drive vehicle.  Buyer will need to obtain registration and temporary plates to drive vehicle. If these are not present the buyer will need to have the vehicle towed at their own expense.

• There are additional Fees imposed by and paid directly to the tow yard at time of pick up. These Fees include but may not be limited to:

** Mandatory Gate and Title Fee - Due to insurance rules, all vehicles must be towed off the tow yard on to the street. The public may not drive vehicles off the lot.

IMPORTANT PICK UP TIMES

Monday-Friday 9am-4pm (Business days)

If the winning bidder lives within 50 miles of physical address of the vehicle(see above), the vehicle must be picked up within 2 business days of payment or additional storage fees will be charged at the time of pickup at $25 per day. If the winning bidder lives outside of 50 miles of physical address of the vehicle(see above), the vehicle must be picked up within 3 business days of payment or additional storage fees will be charged at the time of pickup at $25 per day. The 50 miles will be based upon the address shown on your valid driver’s license. Buyer’s driver’s license will be used to determine distance from physical address of the vehicle(see above) (i.e. – If you receive the pickup rules after the auction is complete from customer support at 8 am or 10 pm on a Monday and you live 60 miles from physical address of the vehicle(see above), you may pick up the vehicle by 4 pm on Thursday without paying any storage fees). Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days. The towing company will not be able to release any vehicles on the weekend or Holidays. You may pick up your vehicle on the next business day.

Please contact the tow yard before attempting to pick up your vehicle to ensure that they have received all documentation pertaining to its release, and that the vehicle is ready to go.

The winning bidder must have a picture ID at time of pickup or the pickup designee must have picture ID and a notarized letter from winning bidder allowing the designee to pick up vehicle.  The notarized letter must contain a copy of the winning bidders driver’s license.
