1998 Mark McGwire Home Run Record Breaking Season Cardinals/Pirates UNUSED Baseball Game Ticket - RARE

Original baseball ticket from September 16, 1998. This was for the St. Louis Cardinals vs. Pittsburgh Pirates game. Mark McGwire was sitting at #63 of his 70 home runs total that he would hit in the season. This authentic ticket was never used and has not been torn. The games from that year were mostly sellouts due to the frenzy over McGwire's quest to break the all time single season home run record so most of these tickets that are out there have been torn from being used to enter the game. Very few of these exist that weren't used for admission and this is a great piece of history as it was part of McGwire's incredible season in which he bested Roger Maris's single season home run record. We actually have a few of these tickets in stock and this is a stock photo of one of them. The actual seat number you receive will be different than the one shown.
