The DSR-PDX10 will ONLY use the Mini size cassette.

The DSR-PDX10 offers three 1/4.7" (.21") IT (Interline Transfer) Advanced HAD™ CCD's (1,070,000 pixels) with a high sensitivity, low vertical smear and a full 16:9 resolution on 4:3 chips.
Compact Size
The highly compact DSR-PDX10 offers a broadcast quality camera in a "run-and-gun" pocket size.

Interlaced for video (530 horizontal lines, 40min in DVCAM mode, 60min in DV (SP) mode)
Progressive for stills (1152x864)
In-Camera Editing
Now video editing can literally be done on the fly, as in an airplane. An innovative Memory Stick® media capability is built-in to allow pre-recorded DVCAM/DV videotape to be edited within the camera directly to the Memory Stick. Up to 85 minutes of MPEG-1 movie can be recorded to a MSA-128A Memory Stick.
14-bit DXP
The DSR-PDX10 offers 14-bit DXP (Digital Extended Processor)
Streaming Video
Capable of streaming video and audio via its built-in USB port. When in CAMERA mode, video and audio are captured and converted to motion JPEG signals in real-time and subsequently streamed. Similarly in VCR mode, the playback signal is converted to motion JPEG and streamed through the USB port.
Super SteadyShot
Sony's exclusive, optical Super SteadyShot™ feature offers a high quality method to stabilize the image.
Time Code/User Bits
The DSR-PDX10 offers the ability to preset Time Code and User Bit information. An extremely useful feature, allowing the operator to continue Time Code from tape to tape and/or identify the tape with a predetermined code.
3.5" Touch Screen LCD
A high quality (246,000 dot) 3.5" active matrix, color LCD flip-out monitor is built into the side of the camera to help alleviate eye strain from prolonged recording.
Improving on existing technology from our still photographer brothers and sisters, Sony has introduced for the first time, a touch panel Spot Focus and Spot AE in a camcorder. By simply touching an area of the LCD screen, any area of the image can be selected as a focus or Auto Exposure point.
OSD (On Screen Display) Menu Navigation for access to user adjustable features is accessed via a similar Dial/Push control to the one found on Sony's larger camcorders.
The built-in electronic zoom lens features Auto focus, manual override and a 12:1 optical/48:1 digital zoom ratio.

Patterns can be easily switched between 70 IRE and 100 IRE via a side panel switch.

Item exhibits scratches, scuffs, dirt and extensive wear.  Part of the power system is missing on this camera and no power plug is included.  Other components may be missing.  When tested, item powered on but would not remain powered on.  Battery needs replacement and mild repairs may need to be made.
