Upon receipt of your item back, we will issue you a FULL refund LESS a 15% re-stocking fee or $10, whichever is greater. Return requests sent beyond 30 days are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. This fee helps us ensure we can continue to offer you the best selection and keep your prices so incredibly low. Outgoing shipping fees and sizing are not refundable. Obviously, if you have an item sized or altered by another jeweler, we cannot provide any sort of a return. All items must be returned in original condition with tags still attached.
